I L L U M I N A T E

 The light piercing through these clouds traveled 8 minutes and 19 seconds from our sun. In a sliver of a second it reached my eyes, I grabbed a camera and snap. A few seconds later the clouds closed up and the decisive moment was gone. 

When we look at anything, we are really looking back in time. 
This has been measured, even for short distances— with light speed lumbering near 186,000 miles per second. 

So the mirror shows us a slightly younger version of ourselves. Not a bad thing, do you think?
